A 360 degrees service that obviously does not leave out the finishing of the product (die-cutting and bending), the control and – finally – the packaging. Last but not least, packaging, which often allows our customers to start shipping logistics directly from our production site.

PREPRESS

throughout prepress, we at Colorprint become project consultants. We study with customers the product characteristics highlighting critical issues, if there are any, suggesting changes and precautions. This is possible by the experience accumulated over the years and by a work ethic that prevents us from sending files to print that we believe contain errors. During this step, we pay particular attention to printing start-up, in line with the customer’s expectations and ours.

OFFSET PRINTING

In our machinery, 6 colours machines guarantee offset printing. Our past of lithography allows us to know perfectly how to calibrate these machines in the best way. The exceptional colour rendering, the very high definition and the possibility of printing on supports with unconventional weights, as well as long runs, have allowed us to work successfully in the packaging industry.

ENNOBLING

We strongly believe in product ennobling. Windows, for example, are particularly important for stockings and underwear packaging, or in the cosmetic packaging sector. The UV offset printing and screen-printing, the hot foil print or embossing, allow us to add important details that make the product a premium one.

DIE CUTTING AND PACKAGING

once the printing cycle is completed, following the guidelines of the project, the sheets are cut, die-cut and folded according to the established guidelines. Whether it’s corporate documents, or publishing products, we also take care of packaging the finished product. This allows our customers operating in foreign markets to organize shipments in a precise and punctual manner.
